Mindfulness can re-energize, relax and calm, improve focus and productivity. These are FREE sessions to help us through these changing times. You’ll learn a few new techniques that you can use anytime you feel stressed, anxious, worried, unfocused or off-balance. Send me an email or register on C to receive a zoom link and then enjoy. No experience necessary; all ages welcome.
