Yoga Nidra to Set Your Intention for the New Year

Sunday, December 29, 2019, 6:30-7:30 pm at the Daylight Healing Center

In yoga, a sankalpa is an intention that reflects your heart’s deepest desire.  It is different than your average New Year’s resolution and  manifests your wholeness and goodness. In Yoga Nidra, you plant the seed for your heart’s deepest desire to grow and bloom, opening your life in new and exciting ways.

Before Yoga Nidra, we will discuss the concept of a sankalpa. You will have time to reflect on what you need most in life to feel balanced,  peaceful and at ease with your life.

Yoga Nidra, also called Yoga Sleep or Lucid Sleep, is an ancient practice    for deep relaxation physically, mentally, and emotionally. It offers the space to explore what you need at the moment, make real positive changes in your life or release long-held emotions. During Yoga Nidra, you’ll be somewhere between being fully asleep and fully awake yet a part of you will be completely aware.

Yoga Nidra is a beautiful and effortless way to manifest your heart’s desire. It’s not meditation and anyone can do it! No experience necessary, just let yourself be guided.
