Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation and deep relaxation to heal and rejuvenate physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Also called Yoga Sleep, you will be in a state somewhere between being fully asleep state and fully awake.
The stillness of the practice brings incredible calm and mental clarity. It offers the space to explore what you need at the moment as well as release long held emotions. Studies have shown that Yoga Nidra can ease insomnia, decrease anxiety, alleviate stress, reduce PTSD, chronic pain and chemical dependency, heighten awareness and focus, transform negative habits, behaviors and ways of thinking and foster feelings of peace, calm, and clarity.
