We can use the sheer power of our breath to help navigate the autumn winds of change — or any changes we may experience in our lives that leave us feeling out of balance. My three favorites — my go-to’s — are Ujayii breathing for warming, Nadi Shodhana or alternate nostril breathing for balancing and centering and Bhramari, or bee, breathing for calming.
