Forest Bathing: Nature’s Elixir for Rejuvination

In Forest Bathing, we immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of nature, soaking up the entire forest through each one of our senses. The practice was developed in Japan, where they have a great reverence for nature, in the 1980’s and was called, Shirin yoku”, literally Forest Bath.
